Following the success of the Activity Days in the first week of the summer holidays we are now extending our offer for the remaining weeks in July and for the rest of the Summer Holidays.
They are still going to look a little different but the young people have had a fantastic time. So yes it was just as much fun.
We are offering young people aged 8 to 14 the chance to work in groups of up to 6 with one instructor. Following a few tests and some required inspections we can now offer a few more activities. So during the days on offer we will be using a mixture of Archery, Challenge Course, Bushcraft, Climbing Wall, High Ropes Bridges, High Ropes - Crate Stack, Climbing Tree, Problem Solving and Orienteering. Not every activity will take place each day but we will try and fit as many in as we can.
The day starts with a drop off at 9.00 for a 9.30 start and you can pick them up between 4.30 and 5.00. You will need your own packed lunch and following guidance we will be taking everyone's temperature as they arrive. Please be warned anyone with a temperature above 37.5 oC will not be allowed to stay and take part – sorry. We are also asking you to bring your own mask and hand sanitiser, we will of course have spares but using your own is always nicer.
