More about what holding a licence means can be found on the Licensing Authority’s website.
Staff Competence and Qualifications
All staff will either hold a relevant National Governing Body (NGB) qualification, or a statement of competence signed by an appropriately experienced and qualified person consistent with the requirements of the Licensing Regulations.
Child Protection
Our policy is consistent with good current practice in this area and meets current statutory requirements. Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks are carried out on all centre staff.
Supervision when not on Activities
The responsibility of supervision falls to the Group Leaders outside activities. During normal office hour’s staff are available at reception. Outside office hours staff are contactable on an emergency telephone.

Insurance
We hold both employee liability and public liability insurance to cover all our activities.
