Manage Carlton Lodge and its staff in order to ensure that we provide day and residential programmes of adventurous activities to our customers to the highest standards in support of the education and development of children and young people.

The interaction with the huge variety of customers who visit Carlton Lodge

Hobbies:
Cricket, golf, gardening and bridge

Favourite thing to do:
Watching England playing Test Cricket on a lovely summer’s day.
